In 1987, we began offering outsourcing CAD drafting support services to Architects and Engineers looking to expand into the developing world of CADD - Computer Aided Design and Drafting. We were well positioned when the residential building boom of the early 1990’s led us into our true passion - Residential Design.
Over the years, we have developed a design approach that is creatively respectful of your budgetary expectations during construction. Building on over 30+ years’ experience in collaboration with Architects, Custom Builders, and private homeowners gives us a sensitivity to the individual requirements of your unique project.

TOM KIRSCHNER
FOUNDER & OWNER
Tom started a fledgling CAD drafting services company in 1987, working out of a tiny office in central Tucson in the Sam Hughes district. Tom studied Architecture at the University of Arizona, and worked for CNWC Architects as a production drafter before striking out on his own to accept the challenges and opportunities on his entrepreneurial horizon. Tom’s greatest gift is his ability to cultivate strong customer relationships that develop into personalized designs. In the event Tom finds a moment to escape the desert heat, you can usually find him in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado on the off-road trails in the summer and ski slopes in the winter.
KIM KIRSCHNER

Kim has been Tom’s right-hand woman since Day One - providing operational, emotional, and spiritual support every step of the way in his business endeavors. In addition, Kim has been invaluable in establishing Envision as a reliable and resilient Custom Residential Design service. Outside of the full-time job supporting Tom’s business and their family, Kim also serves as the Executive Director for The Institute for Better Education, giving children the opportunity for better education and brighter futures. GRACE HERNANDEZ
CAD DESIGN MANAGER
Grace originally learned CAD drafting from a technical college in Colorado Springs, finding work with a local Colorado Architectural firm to develop an understanding of residential construction techniques. After a short stint in California working for a commercial architect firm, Grace moved to Tucson in 1998 when her husband David was assigned to Davis Mothan Air Force Base. Grace has worked with Tom and Envision for over 22 years, providing the backbone of our production drafting support, and taking great pride in delivering exceptional construction documents for our entire client base. On the weekends, Grace finds herself pursuing her passion for astronomy and her love of the Arizona desert?
